For paid products and services, payment is processed through third-party Merchants of Record (such as Polar.sh or Lemon Squeezy). These platforms handle billing, refunds, and related customer support according to their respective terms of service.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law. Specific refund policies may vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kongcode Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kongcode Labs and its partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
